***The installation of ball valves
At first time, will be confused. During the installation, you should follow the steps and notice something.
The steps of install ball valves
1.Take off the protective covers on sides of flange end. Then wash the ball valve at the state of full-opening.
2.Before installation, you should process the complete machine test according to the specified signal (electric or gas), the purpose is to avoid the influence of use performance caused by shock. If the test is qualified, then you can install the ball valves.
3.Before connect the ball valves with pipeline, you should clean the impurities in the pipeline, or the impurities will damage the ball valves.
4.During the installation, do not use the executive body of valves as the hoisting point of jack-up, to avoid damage the executive body and components.
5.The ball valves should install at the horizontal or vertical direction of pipeline.
6.The pipeline near the install point shouldn't have the phenomenon of droop or external force. You can use piping support or upholder to eliminate the deviate.
7.After connecting with pipeline, do locking the connecting bolt of flange.
The things you should notice during the installation of ball valves
1.Do leave the place for spinning the valve handle.
2.Do not use ball valves as throttle.
3.The ball valves with transmission mechanism should up-right installed.
